CARD SAFETY AND LIABILITY 

Yours cards safety and security is paramount to us and the number one priority over anything else.

By accepting your submission, we declare full responsibility of your cards the moment they arrive at our depot to the moment we provide tracking for returning your cards 

We are not naive enough to think its ok to hoarde card submissions without the risk of theft, therefore none of your cards are left in our grading premises overnight, and are stored in a private lock up unit with 24/7 security, CCTV and on-site staff.

We also typically turn your cards around within a day of receiving them and have them sent before the day is over, its rare that we ever need to store them and there will never be anymore than 30 cards in storage at one time.

Cards in transit to and from us during the postage process remain out of our liability. By submitting your cards to us, you are bound to this agreement that any issues whilst your cards are in transit MUST be taken up with the courier and all claims must be taken up with them.

We will not accept responsibility for cards missing or damaged in the postal process once tracking information has been provided to you. 

In the unlikely event that your card is damaged whilst in our possession, we will refund the submission fee and postage costs, and payout either the raw value or source and purchase the same card as a replacement.
